FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes. There is FREE Wi-Fi in the clubhouse, beer garden, conservatory and play park (next to the Clubhouse).


Is there a laundrette on-site?

Yes. The laundrette has washing machines and dryers. Charges apply. The machines accept £1 and 20p coins.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. There are disabled facilities in the main toilet block and in the Clubhouse. 


Are there baby changing facilities available?

Yes. There are baby changing facilities in the Clubhouse.


Is electric included in the overnight price for tents and touring caravans?

We have pitches available with and without electric. Please ensure you book the correct pitch type at the time of booking. Electric hook up is charged at £5 per night. 


Do you have caravans available to hire?

We have three static caravans available to hire for short and long breaks. The caravans are equipped with central heating, fresh bed linen (including duvets and pillows), an alarm for your security, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, shower & washroom, TV/DVD player and a welcome hamper upon arrival. Do I have to book a minimum number of nights?

A minimum two night stay applies at weekends and a three night stay on bank holidays for tourers and tents. Our static holiday homes have a minimum three night stay (peak season).


Can I request a specific pitch?

When booking online, please add your request on the check-out page. Alternatively, please call us on 01507 441483 to request a specific pitch. All requests will try to be accommodated but cannot be guaranteed. Click here to book.


Do you allow group bookings, and can we request to be together?

We do accept large group bookings and rallies; however, we do request that there is one organiser who manages the booking, deposits, and payments. All details of how many pitches and types of pitches required, i.e. tents/tourers, must be given at the time of booking.


Do you have seasonal pitches for tourers and static caravans?

We offer seasonal pitches for both tourers and static holiday homes. Our season runs from 1st March - 30th November. For further details, please visit our seasonal pitch hire page.


What if I need to cancel my booking?

All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking more than 72 hours before you are due to arrive, we will try to accommodate a date change (subject to availability and additional charges may apply if the new date selected is at a higher price). For bookings cancelling with less than 72 hours notice prior to arrival, bookings are non-refundable and no date change will be offered.

 
Do you allow BBQ’s and campfires?

For safety reasons campfires are not allowed, but BBQs are permitted provided they are raised off the ground.


Do you allow awnings?

Yes. These are included in the price.


Do you allow gazebo’s?

Yes. Gazebo's are permitted and are charged at £3 per night. They must not exceed 2 metres by 2 metres.

Do you have a noise policy?

We ask that our visitors are always considerate to their neighbours. We ask for “quiet please” between 10:30pm and 7am.
Noise complaints will be dealt with, and we reserve the right to ask you to leave.


When do I have to pay for my holiday?

A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required for touring and camping pitches and £50 for static caravan hire. The final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. 


Is there a charge to use the showers?

The showers are charged at £1 per shower.


Can I bring my dog(s)?

Dogs are welcome in touring caravans & motorhomes, charged at £1.50 per dog, per night (max 2 per party). Please always keep dogs on a lead and clean up after your dog promptly. We do not accept dogs in tents. Well behaved dogs on leads, are welcome in the Clubhouse and beer garden. 


What time is check-in/out?

Tourers and tents, please arrive after 12pm. Reception is open until 5pm, if you will be arriving after reception hours, please call us on 01507 441483 to make staff aware and enter the Clubhouse on arrival where the friendly team will be able to assist you. Please leave your pitch by 11am on the day of departure. If you wish to stay an extra night, please enquire at reception before 10am on the day of departure (subject availability).

What type of pitches do you offer?

We offer the following pitch types:

- Fully serviced with water connection and electric -  referred to as Gold pitches,  have a shared water tap between 2 two pitches and a disposal point for gray waste 

- Hard standing (limited pitches available and subject to availability)

- Grass suitable for tourers and tents (electric or non-electric available)


What months are you open?

1st March - 30th November.


Do I need to pre-book a table for food and drink?

Tables are available on a first come, first served basis and pre-booking is not required. For groups of 10 or more, please call 01507 441483 before arriving.


Do you have vegan and gluten free options?

Yes. We cater for a range of dietary requests. Please call us on 01507 441483 if you have any questions.

Are the facilities wheelchair friendly?

All our facilities are wheelchair friendly.

Child safety policy

It is not permitted for anyone who is to your knowledge, a convicted child sex offender, or is subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 ('on the sex offenders register') to use or visit the caravan site.

Commit any criminal offence (whether or not on the Park or in its vicinity) which causes your name to be entered on the Violent and Sex Offender Register or causes you to be subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Warning Notice (or any register, order or notice succeeding these) or any register, or subject to any order or notice of a similar kind
